Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is broken, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace the item with a new one free of charge, including delivery.

Change of Mind
Once you have received your order from the delivery driver and taken it home, returns are not accepted simply because you changed your mind or did not like the item.

However, if you would like to exchange the item for a different product from our store, you may choose another item of the same value. In this case, the delivery fee for the exchange will be paid by the customer.

Please make sure to check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any damage or manufacturing defect.
